Lorraine Duffy has been in the fitness industry for 20 years as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She has participated in over 50 fitness videos and has appeared on FitTv and QVC. Lorraine has created these fun & dynamic classes that will get you fit, healthy and strong.

--KICKBOX KOMBAT-- 
If you love to kick, punch and sweat, then this is the class for you. Train like a pro and gain speed through boxing combinations, power in body punches to the bag, increase agility through athletic drills. You will leave this class feeling like you can take on the world. 

--CIRCUIT MAX--
This military inspired workout will push you to your limits. You will go through a series of obstacle courses utilizing agility ladders, cones flat rings and hurdles. You will complete the class with a core and back strengthening exercise. 

--CROSS TRAIN CHALLENGE--
The NEW cross training class incorporates, TRX, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, rower, bands and more. You will experience tremendous strength and cardiovascular gains through fast moving functional exercise. 

--BARRE FUSION--
This exceptional routine incorporates elements of barre, bands, gliding sliding disc, and light weights. This low impact total body conditioning technique  has been intertwined to create an intense workout, guaranteed to transform and sculpt your entire body.
