This military inspired workout will push you to your limits. You will go through a series of obstacle courses utilizing agility ladders, cones flat rings and hurdles. You will complete the class with a core and back strengthening exercise. --CROSS TRAIN CHALLENGE--
The NEW cross training class incorporates, TRX, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, rower, bands and more. You will experience tremendous strength and cardiovascular gains through fast moving functional exercise. --BARRE FUSION--
