TRAINING-- At NEXXT Level you have the benefit of working one on one with our top tier coaching staff utilizing the erg and sport specific land training tools to reach your personal erg score or fitness goals. This program works well for multiple sport athletes who want to stay ahead in rowing. Our coach rowed in college, has coached college rowing for ten years and has been developing rowers at all levels (from youth to masters to pre-elite). The mission is to maximize your potential- our 1:1 ratio is the most efficient way to do this as each workout is customized to your needs. TRAINING-- Group training can be four, six or eight members of a team or individuals who want to work in a group setting to get ahead. This program works well for multiple sport athletes to stay in touch with rowing and their teammates. We'll work on and off the machine to keep the perfect balance of high quality technique and intensity as well as injury prevention. --STRENGTH
TRAINING-- Strength training is extremely important to rowing because it is the most effective way to become a stronger rower. The sole focus is on building the muscles you call on the most. It is especially important for sweep rowers who commonly find themselves developing strength on their dominant side. As young bodies develop habits and mature bodies get set in their ways we need to change it up to keep the body thinking! Our job is to help you keep healthy while you expand upon the work you're doing on the machine or the water. Each session will utilize cross training and some erging to establish a finely tuned and well balance physique.
