For those who want to train like an athlete and break the boot camp boredom, this class will incorporate a unique fusion of strength and power training elements that will divulge your inner athlete. Just one time through this class, you quickly understand why the foundation of all training begins and ends with a strong core. Having fun and getting a great workout at the same time?! That's exactly what this class is. Run and work up a good sweat all the while going through various basketball drills and putting up a bunch of shots. Run by our Basketball Department Head, Marcus Bullock, this class will have you thinking that you still have some game left in the tank!
